Those who contract projects beyond their own qualification level shall be ordered to stop their illegal acts, fined, and may be ordered to suspend business for rectification and reduce their construction qualification level; If the circumstances are serious, the qualification certificate shall be revoked; Any illegal gains shall be confiscated.

建筑設(shè)計單位不按照建筑工程質(zhì)量、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行設(shè)計的，責(zé)令改正，處以罰款;造成工程質(zhì)量事故的，責(zé)令停業(yè)整頓，降低建筑資質(zhì)等級或者吊銷資質(zhì)證書，沒收違法所得，并處罰款;造成損失的，承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任;構(gòu)成犯罪的，依法追究刑事責(zé)任。

承包單位將承包的工程轉(zhuǎn)包的，或者違反本法規(guī)定進行分包的，責(zé)令改正，沒收違法所得，并處罰款，可以責(zé)令停業(yè)整頓，降低建筑資質(zhì)等級;情節(jié)嚴重的，吊銷資質(zhì)證書。

If a contractor subcontracts a contracted project or subcontracts in violation of the provisions of this law, it shall be ordered to make corrections, confiscate its illegal income and impose a fine.
