Security engineering includes building intelligence (building intercom, etc.), video monitoring, access control and attendance, anti-theft alarm, parking lot management, smart home, computer room engineering, etc. Enterprises applying for security qualification for the first time need to apply from level III security qualification.

1、有固定的辦公及營業地點;

能滿足企業機構設置及其業務需要，工作面積不少于100。

3、有相應系統管理經驗的管理人員和技術人員;

技術人員不少于5名(3名中級工程師，2名初級工程師，其中中級工程師的相關是機械中級、通信中級、電信中級等)，并通過中安協組織的統一考試，成績合格。工程造價人員不少于1名，須經過造價人員培訓并取得相應資格證書。法定代表人和技術人員須均無犯罪記錄。

申辦安防資質的資料資料要到本地公安局申請，需要準備8位技術人員畢業證書、從業造價工程師執業資格證書有什么用?資格證書以及身份證和合同，并需要一份本公司詳細的質量管理體系文件，資料備齊后送公安局技防部門審核，審核通過后需要到辦公場所核實，所有通過后公安局將報送公安廳，由公安廳審核，通過后再安排5位技術人員培訓考核，全部通過后方可辦理相關手續。
