1. If the project is contracted beyond the qualification level of the unit, it shall be ordered to stop the illegal act, fined, ordered to suspend business for rectification and reduce the construction qualification level; If the circumstances are serious, the qualification certificate shall be revoked; Any illegal gains shall be confiscated.

2.建筑設(shè)計單位不按照建筑工程質(zhì)量、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計的，責(zé)令改正，處以罰款;造成工程質(zhì)量事故的，責(zé)令停業(yè)整頓，降低建筑資質(zhì)等級或者吊銷資質(zhì)證書，沒收違法所得，并處罰款;造成損失的，承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任;構(gòu)成犯罪的，依法追究刑事責(zé)任。

2. 3.建筑施工企業(yè)違反本法規(guī)定，對建筑事故隱患不采取措施予以的，責(zé)令改正，可以處以罰款;情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的，責(zé)令停業(yè)整頓，降低建筑資質(zhì)等級或者吊銷資質(zhì)證書;構(gòu)成犯罪的，依法追究刑事責(zé)任。

3. If a construction enterprise violates the provisions of this Law and fails to take measures to eliminate the hidden dangers of construction safety accidents, it shall be ordered to make corrections and may be fined; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification, reduce the grade of construction qualification or revoke the qualification certificate; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

4.以欺騙手段取得資質(zhì)證書的，吊銷資質(zhì)證書，處以罰款;構(gòu)成犯罪的，依法追究刑事責(zé)任。

5.工程監(jiān)理單位與建設(shè)單位或者建筑施工企業(yè)串通，弄虛作假、降低工程質(zhì)量的，責(zé)令改正，處以罰款，降低建筑資質(zhì)等級或者吊銷資質(zhì)證書。

6.建筑施工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)讓、出借建筑資質(zhì)證書或者以其他方式允許他人以本企業(yè)的名義承攬工程的，責(zé)令改正，沒收違法所得，并處罰款，可以責(zé)令停業(yè)整頓，降低建筑資質(zhì)等級;情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的，吊銷資質(zhì)證書。

6. If a construction enterprise transfers or lends a construction qualification certificate or allows others to contract projects in the name of the enterprise in other ways, it shall be ordered to make corrections, confiscate its illegal income, impose a fine, and may be ordered to suspend business for rectification and reduce the level of construction qualification; If the circumstances are serious, the qualification certificate shall be revoked.

7.對在工程承包中行賄的承包單位，可以責(zé)令停業(yè)整頓，降低資質(zhì)等級或者吊銷資質(zhì)證書。

8. If the project supervision unit transfers the supervision business, it shall be ordered to make corrections, confiscate the illegal income, and may be ordered to suspend business for rectification and reduce the construction qualification level; If the circumstances are serious, the qualification certificate shall be revoked.

9.承包單位將承包的工程轉(zhuǎn)包的，或者違反本法規(guī)定進(jìn)行分包的，責(zé)令改正，沒收違法所得，并處罰款，可以責(zé)令停業(yè)整頓，降低建筑資質(zhì)等級;情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的，吊銷資質(zhì)證書。

9. If the contractor subcontracts the contracted project or subcontracts in violation of the provisions of this law, it shall be ordered to make corrections, confiscate its illegal income, impose a fine, and may be ordered to suspend business for rectification and reduce the level of construction qualification; If the circumstances are serious, the qualification certificate shall be revoked.
