We analyze it from the following four points.

1、建筑企業(yè)應(yīng)在資質(zhì)證書(shū)期限內(nèi)三個(gè)月前進(jìn)行延期辦理，按原有資質(zhì)證書(shū)的申報(bào)方式繼續(xù)申請(qǐng)資質(zhì)延續(xù)，如果公司的凈資產(chǎn)和主要人員符合現(xiàn)行資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，資質(zhì)證書(shū)應(yīng)經(jīng)資質(zhì)許可機(jī)關(guān)批準(zhǔn)更換資質(zhì)證書(shū)，期限內(nèi)自當(dāng)日起計(jì)算。

1. The construction enterprise shall apply for the extension of the qualification three months before the expiration of the qualification certificate, and continue to apply for the renewal of the qualification according to the application method of the original qualification certificate. If the net assets and main personnel of the company meet the requirements of the current qualification standards, the qualification certificate shall be approved by the qualification licensing authority to replace the qualification certificate, and the expiration period shall be calculated from the same day.

2、企業(yè)在資質(zhì)證書(shū)期限內(nèi)的前三個(gè)月之內(nèi)申請(qǐng)資質(zhì)延續(xù)，資質(zhì)受理部門受理企業(yè)的資質(zhì)延續(xù)申請(qǐng);資質(zhì)證書(shū)的期限內(nèi)屆滿之日到延續(xù)申請(qǐng)批準(zhǔn)的期間內(nèi)，建筑企業(yè)不得承接資質(zhì)范圍內(nèi)的工程項(xiàng)目。

2. The enterprise applies for qualification renewal within the first three months of the term of the qualification certificate, and the qualification acceptance Department accepts the application for qualification renewal of the enterprise; During the period from the expiration date of the qualification certificate to the extension application for approval, the construction enterprise shall not undertake engineering projects within the scope of qualification.

3、公司不再符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的資質(zhì)要求，資質(zhì)許可證管理機(jī)關(guān)不批準(zhǔn)延續(xù)其資質(zhì)，公司可以在三個(gè)月內(nèi)重新申請(qǐng)同一類別低等級(jí)的資質(zhì)。如果超過(guò)三個(gè)月時(shí)間還未提出資質(zhì)延續(xù)申請(qǐng)，企業(yè)只能從低等級(jí)的資質(zhì)開(kāi)始申請(qǐng)。

3. If the company no longer meets the standard qualification requirements and the qualification license management authority does not approve the renewal of its qualification, the company can reapply for low-level qualification of the same category within three months. If the application for renewal of qualification has not been submitted for more than three months, the enterprise can only apply from the low-level qualification.

4、如果建筑企業(yè)資質(zhì)證書(shū)的期限內(nèi)滿，但是企業(yè)如果沒(méi)有進(jìn)行資質(zhì)延期申請(qǐng)資質(zhì)證書(shū)到期后會(huì)自動(dòng)失效。這時(shí)候如果建筑企業(yè)想要繼續(xù)施工活動(dòng)，應(yīng)該從低級(jí)別的資質(zhì)中重新申請(qǐng)。

4. If the term of the qualification certificate of a construction enterprise expires, but the enterprise does not apply for qualification extension, the qualification certificate will automatically expire after expiration.
